Performance Features

The research into the materials used, the manufacture with permanent grease lubrication, but above all characteristics of being Electromechanical, are all the reasons why all kinds of maintenance and adjustment interventions are excluded over time. If no electricity is available, the version with irreversible reduction gear are equipped with a convenient handle that makes unlocking the door easier; the door opens manually and can be locked again during closure.

If there is no second entry to the garage or if manual opening is also needed from the outside, the unlocking operation can be transferred to the handle of the up and over door with the appropriate cable accessory.
