Overview
Home Smart Center is a complete wireless system which is not only functions as
a security system, but also monitors your premises by giving you alert notifications
when the system is not armed. It is also a home automation center, which allows
you to remotely control household appliances and lights, even when you are away
from home. It can be controlled by dialing from any touch-tone phone, which makes
it even more convenient and powerful.
Performance Features
Home Smart Center is a leader in three stands Alarm, Alert and Automation.
Alarm: It has all the alarm features including arming, disarming, entry delay, exit
delay, zone bypass, instant alarm, master password, secondary password etc.
Alert: When the system is not armed, the alert feature will remind the user of
which sensor is triggered by gentle beeping. If zone 1 is triggered, the beeping
will be one at a time, if zone 2 is triggered, the beeping will be 2 at a time.
For instance, if zone 3 door is open, the buzzer will sound "beep beep beep pause
beep beep beep pause beep beep beep ......." until the door is closed. It will also
have voice announcement in English stating that sensor is triggered.
Automation: This system can communicate with up to 5 control modules, which can
be used to turn on / off plugged in devices or lightings. All control modules are
bi-directional, which receives signals from the control panel, as well as sends
back a confirmation signal to the control panel after it has been turned on / off.
There is also a built-in dialer which can call up to 5 phone numbers during emergency,
and it will advise the recipient exactly which sensor is triggered. It can also
dial to monitoring center by sending Ademco Contact ID protocol. Another feature
is that it allows users to call in from any touch tone phone.
If the user is away from home, he can call in to perform the following tasks:
- Arm
- Disarm
- Check system's status
- Turn lights / appliances on / off
All sensors in the system are supervised and with low battery detection. When
the system is low battery, it will send a signal to the control panel and control
panel will announce the low battery condition by voice in English.
