Autosat Satellite Tracking System is a system for the integrated management of private and public fleets of transportation of urban and suburban use and for personal security on board of the vehicle. It is a system of information of public transportation furnished on bus stop and on the private GSM terminals for users that request this service.

Performance Features

Autosat is a satellite tracking system with GPS and GPRS modules incorporated. To the Autosat it is possible to connect up to 3 digital colored cameras to visualize images of the protected vehicle in case of an alarm trigger. It will transmit the exact position of the vehicle by SMS message to 3 telephone numbers and sends images through e-mail to 3 electronic post addresses.

Autosat with its dedicated software allows the end user to follow the movements of his car on map directly on his portable telephone. For industrial use the end user may control a fleet of vehicles in movement all at the same time. It allows visualization and remote control with use of micro camera installed in the drivers cab; the transmitting of alarm messages with use of radio commands that may be activated by the driver; the localization via satellite of the vehicle; the calculation of the precise and average speed of the vehicle; the calculation of travel time of a pre-determined route; the transmitting, on private GSM terminals or on the central station, of information acquired in real-time. The diagnostics at a distance by gathering and elaboration of the data incoming from the onboard car computer.

Design Features

The unit incorporates: Programmable relay output for infrared illumination, 3 alarm trigger inputs, rechargeable battery backup, memory for 50 images (640x480pxl) and up to 200,000 positions. Autosat may be remotely programmed by SMS or dedicated software by means of a serial cable supplied. Also supplied a colored cable assembly for rapid installation. Dimensions 130x80x35mm.
