gate. Monitor the baby in the nursery while checking to see who just opened the
garage door. Feel safe and secure knowing that your property and your loved ones
are just a touch away from being seen.
Performance Features
VIA!QUAD has four different viewing modes, all of which are easily
accessed with a simple touch on a
VIA! Touch Panel. Quad Mode allows you to view
four different video feeds at the same time. Picture-In-Picture (PIP) Mode give
you two images, and the PIP insert can be moved around to any portion of the screen
you want. Full Screen Mode fills up the entire screen with one image. And Scan Mode
allows you to switch between all four video feeds automatically.
In addition to VIA! Touch Panels, any TV or monitor in the home
can be used to view VIA!QUAD video. The unit comes with a simple-to-use handheld
remote that allows you to control what you see, and how you see it, from any room
that has an receiver. From a touch panel in the kitchen, to plasma TV in the home
theater, see what’s happening in and around your home with VIA!QUAD.
Design Features
VIA!QUAD features two composite video outputs. One is used for
house-wide distribution. The other can be sent to a VCR or DVR for recording. A
separate VGA output can be used for a dedicated surveillance monitor. Each video
input has independent brightness, contrast, saturation and hue adjustments. There
are also Motion Detect and Video Loss alarms for enhanced security monitoring, as
well as Freeze/Zoom functions for enhanced viewing. Channel Naming, Date, and Time
Display ensure that you know where and when things are happening or have happened.
